A horrible accident fixed

We recently returned home from an awesome P&O cruise experience. Whilst on board we purchased a photo to remember our time away but sadly whilst traveling home the photo sleeve become damaged.

I reached out to Emily at Tempest and explained the situation. She went out of her way to speak to the team on the ship and got us sent out a replacement photo and sleeve.

We are both so grateful for her help and the quick turn around.

Great customer service. Thanks again Emily.

I booked a Quad Biking experience for 9…

I booked a Quad Biking experience for 9 which cost me £360. I received an email confirmation explaining that someone would be in touch in 2 days time to book me in.

Heard nothing back - that was 6 days ago. Im now opening a chargeback with my bank!

I managed to track down the company who the event was purportedly booked with - they had no idea who Yumping were and have reported them.

I have tried contacting via the website which was hopeless - managed to find an email address... but im not holding my breath

Extremely dissapointed!

Purchased a bed from these guys a few…

Purchased a bed from these guys a few years ago and I had damaged a couple of the slats whilst doing some diy aswell as one of the piston arm mechanisms.

Reached out to Michael C in customer support who was extremely helpful in helping me resolve the issue. I obviously needed to pay for replacement parts but it was just a simple email to get the issue resolved.

Thanks Michael for all the help.

What a delightful visit.

Store # 3310 (Northampton Town Centre).

My son had a appointment for glasses and contact lenses. Having never used contacts before he was very nervous as to what was expected of him (he's 14). No one else in our household wears contacts - so we didn't really know either.

Whilst in the contact lense part of our appointment all our questions were answered by Deanna and she made sure my son felt that there was no pressure when practicing placing and removing his lenses.

After this we were passed to Robin for the glasses part of the appointment - who also took good care of us and helped answer any questions we had.

All in all we were very happy with our visit and would like to say a big thank you to both Robin and Deanna for all their help in making the visit easy and stress free.
