We have used Cicar from Tenerife South for many years without any issues. Today we have been queuing to collect a car for over 2 hours and still no where near the front. Only one assistant on my side. 2 assistants airside. Not enough staff and apathy towards customer service

Usually wear contact lenses so these were for occasional use. Never used Glasses Direct before, so wasn’t sure what to expect. Ordered an inexpensive pair of glasses and sunglasses in case I didn’t like them, poor quality etc and was pleasantly surprised. Easy to use order system & quick delivery. Loved the glasses and the quality seems fine. Will definitely experiment with some different styles in the future
