The Soma Yoga Institute Teacher Training exceeded my expectations. Liz Heffernan’s knowledge and kindness, along with inspiring instruction from Peggy Profant, Samantha, and Molly, made the program deeply meaningful. The video lessons—especially in Yin Yoga—broadened my practice and enriched my understanding.

Despite being online, the training was well-organized, engaging, and easy to follow. The small cohort created a warm, supportive community, while group exercises encouraged connection and hands-on learning. The pace, clarity of materials, and professionalism of the instructors left me confident, inspired, and ready to continue my yoga journey.

This program was more than a certification—it was truly transformative.

Website order process is intuitive and easy to navigate. Good selection of tennis apparels and racquets. Only downside was 2-days shipping actually took about 7 days to receive.
