0 stars if I could. I hired an electric car in Naples that was 66% charged on collection. I returned it with 65% and charged nearly £30 for a "recharge". Also charged £300 for additional cover that I had declined.
Have been an AVIS Preferred member for 25 years but will never use them again. Operating as a cowboy outfit nowadays.

Graces bags - Stay away

Graces bags - awful. Web site states "Crafted from high-quality genuine leather". BS - bags are made from PU leather, or polyurethane leather, which is a synthetic material that mimics the look and feel of genuine leather.
Grace is a front. Bags are made in China - cheap, shabby, nasty with a crinkly plastic liner. Supposedly heavily discounted but not worth the price for PU leather.

They simply sub contract to other…

They simply sub contract to other couriers, over which you have no control in terms of choice. Evri lost my parcel and I then ran round in circles with ParcelHero trying to prove that which was lost was mine and how much it was worth. Will never us again.

Shocking Customer Services

Why does #Booking.com have the most useless, frustrating, obtuse, customer service on the planet? All they do is send automated texts and emails, including a phone number in New Zealand !?!?! but you can never talk to a human being.
Every phone call demands a Pin number for the reservation that you are querying but as I didn't make the reservation, just (incorrectly) charged for it, I can't oblige.
Every avenue of complaint is simply closed off, a brick wall that you can't get around. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced, EVER.

I have received a malware email but am…

I have received a malware email but am unable to get Booking.com to acknowledge the problem or deal with it. Contact details are impossible to find. They happily take a fee acting as an intermediary but are woeful at resolving issues themselves.

Shame you can't give zero.

No email confirmation, no documentation and no refund on the duplicate polcy purchased.
Promised to get back me but never did.
Will never ever use again
I suggest you think carefully before pressing the button. Cheap? Yes, but you get what you pay for .... or in my case not.

Would have given zero stars if I could

Would have given zero stars if I could. Purchased travel insurance and thought no more about but day before I travelled realised I had received no documentation. Checked my portal only to see no policy showing so presumed it had not gone through or I had forgotten to do it. Purchased again.
Same result in no confirmatory email, no documentation and no show on the portal.
On my return from holiday I discovered that they had charged my credit card for both policies despite the lack of documentation and refused me a refund because they were now expired.
Phone lines closed, very curt responses on the lengthy chat. All to no avail. AVOID AVOID AVOID

American Fridge Freezer

Buyer beware. Ordered Samsung American Fridge Freezer online. They emailed me and asked me to phone to arrange delivery. I advised them at the time that it was first floor and apparently that wasn't a problem but, on delivery, they refused to take it up to the first floor. Item returned to warehouse with no other option offered.
It has taken countless phone calls and a month to get my refund (~£1,000). The multi-outlet voucher that I used to purchase a JL voucher toward the cost has been refunded with a JL voucher, which I now cannot spend elsewhere.
Shabby customer service.

Shocking

Shocking. Item dumped outside the door of the property even though I was away. No advance warning of delivery. No option to reschedule.
To add insult to injury, the shower panel was shattered into hundreds of tiny pieces, leaving me with a postponed plumber callout, reorder, and having to dispose of the broken item at my own expense.
Pretty abysmal all round.
