Something went wrong with DPD courier which did not delivered my 2 cabin suitcases. After DPD received them to depo, my suitcases were sent back to the seller the same day.
I contacted immediately the IT customer service on 20 Oct and they have never replied. I reported the issue another 3 times and only the first reaction from IT luggage team was on 2nd Nov.
Knowing their approach towards the customers, I hardly imagine how the warranty things would be solved in the future.
For the time being, I have requested to cancel my order with full refund (shipping cost including) as the customer service does not meet my expectations. I would better pay a bit more and choose more reliable company.

I could not place my whole order as the was message at the end when my card data was added - unable to verify. Most probably the data of items you sell on the website was not updated, or I can not buy the things if there are less than 5 items left.
It keeps showing the item as available, however I can not purchase it.

Delivery was super fast!
Price was the best.
