Won't stop harassing my business

They appear to believe they're above federal law and the FTC. After being asked to stop contacting us multiple times, they continue harassing our business via cold calling our customer lines and leaving misleading voicemails to try and sucker somebody onto the phone. My company operates by the Golden Rule and believes in manners - full stop. We don't associate or do business with those that don't.

Review of Suburban Propane

HORRID Customer Service

This company is all about lining their pockets in whatever means possible, and did all they could to strongarm my family into paying them to move our tank. A tank THEY PUT IN and had inspected at least twice since 2015.

After being a customer for 8 years and getting behind on our last bill (which I did eventually pay off in FULL), they tried charging us $150 for a new "inspection" for our 1k gallon tank. Although they were willing to waive the fee (when I flat refused to pay it) - they then tried FORCING us into moving the tank saying it's too close to a neighboring building and they wouldn't fill it again unless we consented to paying MORE $$$ for it to be moved a total of 4 feet away (the week before Christmas in the worst economy I can remember at that)!

Again though, this is a tank THEY PUT IN (beside the same building they're claiming is NOW a problem) and had inspected numerous times over a 4 foot difference. FOUR FEET.

All I will say is THANK GOD Suburban propane isn't the only company in town, and that the others I called (as well as the one we hired that came out and filled our tank this am) have some common sense and courtesy.

Never again Suburban. When you treat your customers like they're disposable, don't be surprised when they disappear for good.

Spammy Scammers

Yet another quick-loan scam company that gets ahold of your phone number and spam calls you repeatedly, all in the hopes that they reach somebody desperate enough to agree to interest that often outweighs the loan itself. Had a guy call me THREE times in a row today from Creditline Capital. After sending him to voicemail the first 2 times, he hung up on me when I answered the 3rd call (because I'm sure he could tell from my tone I was irate). Called him immediately back and he LIED to me about the company he was calling from! I have Caller ID genius. These companies are a dime a dozen and almost ALL of them will smile to your face while helping you dig your company's grave. STAY AWAY!!

PS - Creditline Capital replied and claimed they weren't the company that called me and don't have my contact information in their system. That's a lie given that I got the name of their company on a reverse phone number search and spoke with a man that identified their company. While there's always a possibility that another company has the same name - there's no chance they would also be calling and harassing me from THIS company's phone number.

Dear Fallon H., we are sorry that you experienced an unsolicited phone call from a company supposedly claiming to be Creditline Capital, HOWEVER, we do not have your contact information in our database and have not called you. We only reach out to people who have placed an inquiry in our business, or have been referred directly to us. We cannot control other companies from copying our name and trying to call you, that is beyond our control. However, we stand by our reputation of being in business for more than 7 years and have hundreds of success stories to share with the world. If you have any questions, concerns, or special requests, kindly tell us and we can see how we can best serve your needs. Thank you and good day to you.

Review of Truist

STAY AWAY!!

Since my two main banks merged, I have been absolutely screwed by getting stuck with Truist. I have a couple loans, multiple business accounts, a non-profit account, and a couple personal accounts with them - and not only did they close my local branch (putting longtime amazing BB&T staff out of work), but their customer service is a joke.

For example, it took me almost a month to reach customer service for a replacement debit card due to being placed on hold for hours at a time. Then, after trying to get 2 loans that were set up for autopayments prior to the merger sorted out (when TRUIST didn't process those payments on their end) I spoke to 3 different customer service agents with 3 different stories and was eventually told by the last 2 agents that I would now be required to print a form, fill it out, and fax it back to them to set up autodraft on accounts that ALREADY HAD autodraft payments set up for years! No calls, no texts, no alerts FROM Truist that my credit was being damaged BY Truist for over 2 months - nor an easy way to help make sure the accounts never went delinquent again (which makes me believe their game plan very much revolves around insane late fees and charges for issues THEY CAUSE, then charge you for).

What kind of loan company or bank purchases your auto loan, then doesn't take your payments out when they were literally set up for autodraft for years prior (AS WELL as through their own Truist website), not bother to notify you of your accounts' delinquent state due to not taking your client's money for over 2 months, and then charge you monstrous late fees before also reporting it on your credit (which I disputed and won) - UNLESS the late fees and charges are what they're after?

I'm stuck with them due to all of these accounts at the moment, but will be moving things away from Truist - no matter how long it takes me to do so.

STAY AWAY!!!
