I want my money back!!!!

I looked at the app - didnt like what I saw and they charged me. I feel like Ive been conned. They did reply asking for my details but they already have them. I contacted my bank and they suggest I cancel my card. Check out the reviews - there are hundreds of dissatisfied customers.

I am embarrassed for O2

I am embarrassed for O2. All I want to do is print my receipts and yet it is impossibkle becasue the website sendds me to Virgin - and that isnt working either. For a company as large as O2 I find this embarrassing. - please get ity sorted.

Spent half an hour trying to log on to my Virgin Media and O2 account and Ive been bagging my head on the wall. Absolute rubbish.

Virgin Travel Insurance now via CSA - Easier to have a Virgin Birth than make a claim

Insured via virgin travel insurance - it would have been easier to have had a virgin birth. Filled in the Virgin claim on line but that didnt work when it came to submit details - telephoned help line ... they said yes it was broken. Directed to CSA. Tried calling twice but the people who answered couldnt help - my claim is on and I have an email but the link it directs me to log in doesnt work. Rubbish.

Faultless

I will be honest and say my expectations were low.

I was starting my own recruitment business around June 2022 on a budget. I was going to be working part-time so I didn’t want to spend a fortune.

I have experience designing websites and I have designed a few Wordpress sites for myself and a few friends, but I wanted this one to be professionally made.

I have also worked with website designers to design a company website while managing someone else's business, but that cost ten times the amount of money I was hoping to pay.

I wanted my website to be hosted in the UK and I wanted to be able to make alterations myself - but have the updates done for me. I also wanted a bespoke website, not one off the shelf.

I got quotes and was disappointed with the costs. Eventually I found Webfactory which was within my budget. I told them what I wanted and they send me a questionnaire with loads of questions asking what I wanted, what websites and colours I liked and gave the reasons why I liked them.

They then sent me back a website designed on my specifications.

They got it right on their first attempt with virtually no changes required. I am genuinely amazed how good my site looks and feels. The portal is easy to use and if I do have a question their Communication is faultless. I expected problems - but they have been fantastic.
