amazing just amazing, out the fox you have an asset in your hands with Max and absolute gem always calm and collected, lives by the statements customer first and never rest he surely put trust back into the company, had a great understanding of empathy and truly has the customer and the company first and will do right for both hence me saying he will not rest until you are fully resolved. an absolute gem thank you out the fox for showing you have some respect in customer service with Max , he should be rewarded for this honesty.

All I am going to say if you get Dan (Daniel) then you are in the safest hands possible I was passed around at the start of my claim which got very confused but Dan took over calmed me down and dealt with my claim in the best possible way . Honestly he is amazing at his role and hands down the best customer service I have ever received in my life . He didn't use any sympathy but used empathy he saw everything from my prospective as a nervous customer who was angry and concerned with how I was being dealt with and took over the case and did an outstanding job he is a great asset to this company and personally he should get come recognition for an outstanding role he has played he went above and beyond. Can't big him up enough just amazing
