No discretion or consistency

I pay for 3 family memberships and have been customer for years. My son was home from University and we asked the club whether he could join us for a game of table tennis. Two different responses but both negative. Spoke to a manager who claimed that money needs to change hands otherwise the insurance is not valid. Utter rubbish - seen loads of people buzzed in before and also have had previous okays to do this the odd time. So short sighted and no common sense. They will lose 3 memberships for the sake of 30 min table tennis. No goodwill or discretion. Will take our business to a better run more friendly place.

Blown away by the fantastic customer service

We bought 2 radiators 10 years ago and noticed the enamel had cracked on one of the tubes.

Spoke to the lady at best heating and didnt expect much. How wrong was I. The response was superb. She said the radiators came with 20 year guarantee and the would be happy to replace or refund. They fully refunded on both radiators straight away.

We later decided to use Best Heating to buy the replacement radiators. We wanted different more modern radiators and noticed that ALL prices were higher since our original purchase. Again, customer service was fab. They just said to pay the difference between the current price of the old ones and the new ones we wanted.

Why cant all copmpanies be this good. No waiting on the phone; polite and helpful staff and nothing too much trouble.

Best heating should be proud of themselves cannot praise them.high enough.

NEVER AGAIN

I was bought a Vonhaus cable when I ordered my electric car nearly 14 months ago. Covid plus parts from China and Ukraine caused the massive delay.

When the car arrived I unwrapped the cable and tried it. It was faulty.

It was bought as a gift from a person and I dont have the purchase details or reciept.

Given the unique circumstances I was hoping for a little support from Vonhaus. Despite various E mails,Vonhaus and the parent company DOMU would not help.
You cannot speak to anyone as they will only deal with you online - hiding behind E mails.

Frustrating company with no common sense nor customer empathy. AVOID.
