Bought a refurbished laptop

Bought a refurbished laptop. Ordered on 27.10.23, delivered on 30.10.23. I was a bit worried about what condition the laptop would be in. No need for the worry, laptop is in excellent condition, charge cable looked new. Laptop appears to be working great, early days but no issues so far.

Dishonest and arrogant

Sofa arrived and within the week I reported to DFS sofa was not of the same quality as showroom model, and also the sofa was faulty. They sent someone round to assess it, he told us it was faulty but apparently he didn't include that in his report. Got a call from DFS saying report said sofa was fine. I disagreed. DFS Rotherham manager came to have a look, even with blatant faults (modular unit does not connect together) he said there was nothing wrong with the sofa. Still waiting for this to be resolved, sofa was delivered in July! For your own sanity, look elsewhere. Once DFS have your money they don't care!

Review of Exante Diet

Declining service.

When you are using Exante products to help achieve a health goal it is important that product availability is kept up to date. I have had multiple delays in orders, orders cancelled (stating product is not in stock, but on checking the website product is listed as in stock and available to buy). When I first started using Exante products i was impressed with the products and service but not so much now. I have spoken to the online help advisor and asked to be contact by a manger but no contact so far. Exante appears to be having problems with supply but they continue to offer products they do not have. The website stock appears out of date (re:availability of products). If anyone is thinking of using Exante for e.g. diabetes remission I would advise looking at alternative products.Not everyone likes all Exante product so the products you do like become essential in maintaining your health journey. Not having the products available has a negative impact on the health journey.
