Poor product and Non-existent customer support
After experiencing unexpected and random power cuts on my new R600 station, even though it indicated that the battery was still at 30% charge, sometimes 40%, I contacted customer support by email (it was not possible to call them directly) and they asked me to film the fault to see how the battery was working. I replied that it was impossible to film this kind of random failure, which could happen at any time (unless I filmed it 24 hours a day). Second reply: exactly the same. It was like talking to a chatbot. I tried a third explanation: same reply.
Conclusion: avoid Allpowers, go for Renogy or Bluetti instead, who have good customer service (I also bought stations from them).
So now I'm stuck with this R600 station, which is under warranty but unreliable and can shut down at any time. A big financial loss and a waste of time. Avoid at all costs!
