Gift e-card received 3 months ago. Tried to use it but it’s expired now, unable to open it. There’s £100 on it. Have been trying to contact customer service for over 2 weeks but no response. Rubbish. Tried the local shop - they can’t help either. Waste of money for the card purchaser.

Booked a service for wattbike Atom,for bike I tried to fix myself,Bruce from Pencoed turned up very friendly to see bike in literally bits and no charging cable-bike was fixed quickly and efficiently - even left me with a charging cable - fab service - exceptional-don’t attempt self fix call for a service

Had wattbike atom for a couple of years,then suddenly no resistance,booked a service.Bruce(south wales area) turned up ,polite ,professional and efficient sorted issue out in no time at all and back to new - a big thank you to Bruce - much appreciated

Had one of these treadmills 8i I think for last 3-4 years - run on it lots - it’s in garage constantly being moved around on wheels - it works great - connects to Zwift - no issues - well built - heavy duty - thought I’d leave a review as watt bike atom bought after this gave up the ghost long ago

Ordered items on the 4th April, with express delivery paid. It’s now the 22nd with no update? Will never use again.
