Lorraine - Complaint about energy switch
When I moved into my new property, I switched from the previous supplier back to Shell. I moved in December and was told supply would be on by February time. This did not happen and I had to chase Shell for a good while as they had not kept me updated even throughout the switch process. I was being told different things, not having my tariff carried over, being told my tariff was only on one energy (which wasn’t the case at all), some very rude staff amongst other issues. I put in a complaint and at first it was very much the same pattern of lack of communication, rude staff and having to chase them. Lorraine then took over the case and dealt with it amazingly. The time and patience she took to get this sorted was really appreciated due to the terrible service I received beforehand. She was in communication with me and kept me updated, took the time to make sure I understood what was happening as well as carrying over my tariff from my old property to this one on both energies. 6 months down the line after I first initiated the switch, I now have a completed switch and restored faith. Thank you so much Lorraine for your time and effort to get this resolved. An asset to the company and if it wasn’t for you this definitely wouldn’t have been a good review. 😊
