Be careful with your purchase. Decide wisely then buy because the refund policy is absolutely ridiculous.
If you've purchased something with cash or your debit card, they just give you something like gift card as a refund (I forgot its name), in which you can only use it in House of Fraiser.
Basically, it means you never get your actual money back and you'll be condemned to buy something from them

Went to this shop to collect the order I placed online and I have to say that everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman names Steve in which I am very satisfied with his helps and guidances he gave me, and although I have some obsessions, they did not hesitate to assist me and patiently did all my requests in the best way possible. The item is exactly the one as described on their website.
I am utterly satisfied with the service I have received.
