Spent over £130 in the Basingstoke store but was still charged 30p for a paper bag. Bit pathetic really. If you are so concerned about the environment then stop selling so many products made from fibres derived from petroleum or better still encourage people to become vegetarian. Maybe stop penalising people who simply want a bag to carry their clothing in.

Called their number, on website, to ask a question and could not believe how rude and unhelpful the guy was. If this is their attitude prior to buying something from them then what must it be like if you had to return a faulty product?
