Great customer service

I spoke to Noor-Ul-Ain S on the live chat as an order of forthglade food trays I received was damaged and not usable. They were very helpful and resolved my issue straight away - pets at home are sending a replacement box 😀 very happy with pets at home and their customer service!

Great variety of treats!

Really great company! I love the variety of treats and products they stock, postage is quick and they are very friendly in all the communications. I've ordered from them a few times and will keep ordering from them in the future 😀

Really helpful staff in the hiking boots section..

I went to GO Outdoors to get a new pair of hiking boots. There was lots of choice and the member of staff in the section (Krystian) was very knowledgeable about all of the boots and helped me to find the right ones - I asked to try loads of models and sizes and nothing was too much trouble! GO outdoors is great, there's so much stuff and you get great discounts with the members card.
