Missed appointments/ not calling. No action.
You missed appointments, did not bother to even call and with the home air condition out on the hottest days of the year. I contacted you directly as well as your contractor sears and was lied to time and time again. Everybody kept saying all they could do was reschedule only not to call or show again. This is a contract default on your part and the poorest service of any business that I have dealt with in 71 years. My contract with you expires after 3.5 years in August 2024. I had already renewed for another 3.5 years but I don't know that I can deal with your company's contractors and your business lack of actions. Rick Riddick
