For an online dental service, this company is really professional and reacting to questions with a lot of detail within an acceptable time frame (also during the weekends sometimes).
I wish i would have anticipated the fact that the front tooth that i wanted to straighten was actually longer than the other one.
So after more than 1,5 year treatement (announced as 9 month initially) my smile still doesn’t look aligned because of the lenght difference of the 2 front teeth.
This is nothing that they could help obviously but I still expected that those 2 front teeth would be more aligned (i feel/see a difference) but they announced me it was the end of the treatement.
So I believe that was the maximal biological response that my teeth could have.
I dont have complaints about my experience so far and would still recommand straightteethdirect.
