i still do not have my parcel
It took almost 3 weeks before I got my parcel because of UPS poor delivery system.
Purelogicol Client Support went through extraordinary length to help me. They were in constant contact with me helping to locate my parcel and even offered to send a new parcel if I hadn't recover the first one until the end of that week. Simply professional and amazing !
