Quick delivery, well made, great product. Only problem the first one a bit too small and next size up a bit too big. Cavalier King Charles seems to be between sizes, but he wears them anyway.

Jackie in Truro store was cheerful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The suite we wanted to view was not held in store. We then visited Plymouth store where it was on show. Steve and Adrian, despite being very busy, were also attentive, friendly and enthusiastic. However as Jackie had gone above and beyond, we bought the suite from her.We would recommend both Oak Furnitureland stores for customer service, layout and price.
