Tailor Made organised our trip very well. The rail travel, which involved 7 cities across Europe, went smoothly other than a couple of wrinkles which were outwith their control. They selected decent hotels for us to stay in. We were first class customers and would like to have had a little bit information about what our tickets got us. For example, we were allowed access to some station lounges but not others. Apart from that a good trip and Tailor Made responded quickly to any problems we had en route. I would consider another rail trip with them in the future.

The service was very efficient and the journey to the Eagle's Nest smooth and well organised with a knowledgeable guide who had a droll sense of humour. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for my experience was the weather, something which Panorama Tours have no control over. I had waited for years to go to the Eagle's Nest, as much to see the incredible scenery as the historical context. Sadly, it was raining and the mountain tops were completely cloud covered. It completely ruined the trip for me I'm afraid. Massively disappointed.

I’ve found the Plane Parking experience to be pretty good. A 3/4 minute bus ride to and from the terminal. And a lot cheaper. Only one minor criticism. The bus on my return from Spain on Friday October 20 was bit on the small side.
