I changed to a different provider on checking my scottish power app, threre was still monies to be refunded, the call agent was very helpful and advised this will be looked into ASAP, and i will be called back the next day advising that this has been done.

I had taken out my extended warranty with momentum, when I bought my car last month, which included breakdown cover which only covered up to a few miles.
I received a phone call today from Lara, and asked If I like to receive home start and nationwide recovery, at no extra charge, its not often you receive customer service like this. Thank you Lara, glad I picked up the call 😁
