Unable to claim for existing illness if the year overlaps for renewal

Thank you for your review.
As you hold a Lifetime level of cover, we can look to review a claim year after year, providing your policy is live and subject to your condition limit.
Looking at your recent claim, I can see that you had used your full condition limit, so we were unable to process any further costs for this in your previous policy year. As the amounts reviewed in the current policy year fell below your policy excess, no monies were payable to yourself, as the excess was unable to be deducted in full.
To confirm, once the remaining excess has been deducted from any future claim for the same condition, any amounts over this, up to your condition limit will be payable to yourself.
