And if you are fortunate enough to get verified by their intentionally broken KYC process you have to wait 2 weeks for a paper check.....in 2025. oh, but you can deposit via paypal, debit card, and other familiar/normal methods. that should tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about this company. Unethical, misleading, intentionally difficult, tricksters who will block you from ever getting a payout and after months when they have no other obstacles to throw your way? yep, they ignore you. classic. There's way too much competition in this space to bother with a POS sportsbook like this anyway. My advice? take the $100 free bets, don't deposit a SINGLE dollar and then request a payout for ANYTHING you make off those free bets. run this shit hole company in to the ground. They're scamming assholes who present themselves as legit. worst of the worst. I bet they're not around 1 year from now. can't imagine anyone would use them and then keep using them.

Should have checked here before trying to off-ramp crypto onto a debit card. Three debit cards at three different banks that I successfully off-ramped crypto onto before all had failed transactions. Support was of no help and they forced me to accept a crypto refund through an entirely different token than I sent them on a completely different blockchain I had never used before, had no native gas in my wallet to use the other token, and was highly inconvenient. And even though they did not complete their end of the service which was to give me money for crypto, they kept their outrageous fees (3 times over). What was $70 usdt was whittled down to under $50 from these scammers. Don't use them. There's too much competition in this space to go with unethical, predatory businesses like this.

Experian blocks your account behind a paywall if a payment fails, with no way to cancel online, forcing you to call during banker hours like it’s 1998. This isn’t credit monitoring, it’s a predatory subscription trap. Shameful. Hard to trust a company that’s supposed to guard your financial reputation when their own shady tactics breed nothing but suspicion and distrust.

Scam exchange. Don't waste your time and certainly don't deposit any funds. New user bonuses are fake and will be denied. If they somehow awarded, you won't be able to withdraw profits so don't bother.

Withdrawal process is ridiculously slow. Looking for another option as that's unacceptable for me.

Network fee too low. Transaction not showing up on blockchain explorer 30 minutes in. Meanwhile gas prices are the lowest they've been in days. Waste of time
