Easy to place order online and delivered on time.

I ordered some sandals and when they arrived they were completely different from the picture on their website. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as a total waste of money and very disappointing.

When I chose my frames there was not a lot of assistance and after having them at home for a few weeks and not comfortable with them I returned to Vision Express Harlow and was able to return my glasses and choose a new frame. I am waiting for them to be ready but overall good service.
