Return scam

Almost every return has had to be chased and requested well over the 10 working day periods. I now believe that they don’t issue refunds on purpose to see what they can get away with. It is only when I have chased a refund that they seem to process it.

Extremely poor sound proofing

Extremely poor sound proofing. I have contacted Fairview and am waiting for a resolution before I write a FULL review sharing the exact issues I am facing.

In response to your reply -
The sound test carried out was NOT carried out in the room in question and on the opposite side of the apartment.
Unfortunately a pass in the kitchen does not mean the other rooms would also pass.
Interestingly, when I was sent the sound tests for my apartment layout, the majority of tests (all but one) were carried out in the kitchen area only.
It is unfortunate that your company refuses to complete a sound test for the room in question.

I await your response and outcome before adding further information to this post.

Banned me but won’t tell me

Banned me but won’t tell me why and also won’t reinstate the account. I didn’t do anything different to what I have been doing for years on depop and other platforms such as eBay.
Ridiculous dismissive customer service.

Refunded the incorrect amount

Refunded the incorrect amount, short of approximately £30 and still has not been rectified. They advised me to reach out on 15th May if not received and have now stopped responding to my emails.
Ended up messaging them on Instagram who have also not been helpful.
This is turning into a ridiculous complicated situation.
Customer service is appalling!

Disappointing customer service and quality

Bought the Lettuce Edge Fleece Short Lounge Set from Boux Avenue, which shed excessive fluff during a 30°C wash and ruined several items, including three briefs (also from Boux). Despite sharing photo evidence, customer service refunded the lounge set and refused compensation for the damaged underwear. They were given the opportunity to rectify a situation with a loyal customer but unfortunately have failed to do this. Very disappointed and will not be ordering their items going forward. Happy to discuss with a customer service advisor in detail.

Order still not here. Have taken payment but no delivery, no one has contacted me after I have requested cancellation (re delivery link did not work). Have taken the money and not fulfilled the order.

I want the item cancelled and refund given. But no contact since last week.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Not responding to emails, and no telephone number available to call.
Drivers say they attempted delivery but they did not.
We stayed off work for the delivery.
No way of contacting dusk, no idea where my items are or if I will be refunded and compensated for this experience.

Would appreciate someone to get back to me ASAP.

Blinds which should not have passed quality checks

First time ordering from Blinds 2 go.
The blinds arrived with black marks on the front and back as well as a hole in one, and creases in both. One also did not fit the window and had a huge gap on the left. It is unacceptable that these passed the final quality check.

I called the company and am happy to have been issued a refund, however they want the original blinds back within 14 days. I would not be able to get new blinds within that time period so that leaves me without blinds for a significant time! When asked if this could be delayed I was told no. This would have really helped if granted as a gesture of goodwill following the time wasted and stress that this whole order has caused.

On top of this, now removing the blinds has left black marks on my window due to the Twist2go system.

So disappointed.
