Communicate with your customer in a timely manner especially when there are issued reported by the customer! Show urgency is finding a resolution.

Great service & good product quality!

The service is great! I had purchased a laptop for my daughter, too heavy so I returned - return dealt with professionally with timely updates. Now purchased another laptop and it is perfect! It was a Grade B and looked great, no obvious signs of wear appearance wise. It's been a week and it is running very well so far. Used by GCSE level student.

MANGOES (ROTTEN !)

Ordered Mangoes this week - biggest disappointment !! Rotten mangoes delivered to your door at a premium price !! If you are going to provide a service, you NEED to pay attention to QA!! Would not recommend to anyone!
