Seller sold item on eBay showing it complete
When it arrived it was missing parts ..
Seller said I had reported it to late ..
Hence no recompence

We collected our bulbs from the warehouse where we were made very welcome by Sharon ..
We have dealt with GT for many many years and alway find their bulbs and help excellent..

If I could leave no stars I would ..
This company is not to be trusted ..
I have repearably asked for a refund ..
None was given although the received the battery back ..

I am a pensioner on limited income and I needed a battery .. I trusted this company to supply one .. They supplied the wrong one .. They promised to refund me if I sent it back .. I did ..
They never refunded me the money ..
I have asked and asked .. but no refund ..
Terrible when they can do this to old people .. They have no idea how much distress they cause ..

Needed help at their Shenstone Store as my membership was not correct .. A lovely lady called Sharon spent ages with us sorting it out ..

This company is OK when things are going properly .. But .. When you want to talk to them with a problem .. They do not want to talk to you .. ..
They say use their help link .. Does not work ..
In fact they even take money out of your account without warning you .. and charge you more than other companies ..

Not to be trusted .. They send the wrong battery ..You return the battery .. They say they will refund you .. They never do .. and stop replying to your emails .. You end up with wasting time .. Loose money .. No battery ..
