Upgraded to 365 and can't cancel as per the instructions in the help section and provided by support. So I changed my payment method to a useless card and will let it expire and then get Sqout IQ, not 365 back.365 sucks and so did customer service.
Review of Decluttr
They sent me a locked phone which was advertised as unlocked. Customer service was rude , they told me to send the phone back. So I reached out to the Better Business Bureau, and saw tons of complaints against Declutter. Several of them said that the same thing happened to them and that when they sent their phones back, this company made excuses not to refund their money. I attempted to chat with customer service about my concerns and they shut me out of their chat support.
