EF From the beginning to the end does it right.

From the very beginning before promotion to the landing of the plane at home. EF is organized, thoughtful and efficient while prioritizing safety and the wellbeing of all students. I have led many trips and there has not been a perfect trip yet. But when something goes wrong EF listens and pivots to find a solution. They are great!

Bought two Xbox gift cards. One was already redeemed.

Bought two Xbox gift cards. One was already redeemed. Very frustrating. Good prices but risky. I put in a support ticket and waiting to hear back. Based on other reviews, resolutions seem hit or miss. Things happen sometimes, so if it gets resolved I’ll update this review.

Update: Eneba took care of it and refunded one gift card. They can’t always control sellers. Kudos to them for fixing it promptly.
