I'm on the board of a local goverment water and sewer system. We've been trying to get things set up with textmagic but they have denied our application dozens of times. I think their business model is to bill people for a non existent service hoping people will pay a month or two before realizing it's a scam. I've tried calling them but just got hung up on.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points regarding your experience.
Your account is completely free and requires no payment details. Unlike many competitors, Textmagic covers the costs of 10DLC brand and campaign registration, including the first month of virtual number usage.
10DLC compliance is an industry-wide requirement enforced by carriers—not Textmagic—and we are obligated to adhere to the guidelines established by the Campaign Registry.
Your 10DLC registration was rejected because your Terms of Service and opt-in flow did not meet compliance standards, and the necessary changes outlined by our support team were not implemented. Furthermore, you threatened to leave negative feedback unless we forced the Campaign Registry to approve your non-compliant application.
Additionally, according to our logs, our support team did not disconnect the call—you ended the conversation with our secretary. We take customer support seriously and always strive to provide clear and respectful support.

1. They claim to have a military discount, however you have to use id.me. My Dad was in the Army, but he has a Jitterbug phone which is not compatible with id.me. I have a modern Android phone (Pixel 7) which is suppose to work but does not. No military discount for my father. His Parkenson's is too bad for him to go to the store without it being a several hour ordeal, nor is his speech clear enough to deal with their customer service.
2. They train their checkout people to have cat like reflexes and hit the "paper receipt only" button before you have a chance to read the display. I ONLY want an email receipt, but the last two times I've gone to Lowes this has happened. It will not happen again because I'm never going back.
Once a legit company, they have been bought out and now have a different business model. Now when you order, you now get mostly dead plants shipped at different times along with invoices for more money. Not sure how they can legally get away with magically charging more money for something you already ordered and pay for, but it's obvious the customer is something to squeeze money from and nothing more.
As an engineer, the quality/construction of this chair makes a sad. Looking at the manual I was confused as to why they called the arms shelving until I saw they use Ikea style shelf connectors to hold the arms on. They are extremely hard to get to, and they don't line up. If this chair was $500 I would be upset at the craptastic engineering. At the price of this chair... Back to Costco it went. Stay away from Infinity and their cheap (but expensive) Chinese chairs.

Hi, Michael,
I sincerely apologize for the negative experience you've had so far. It looks like you had previously left us a review on April 16, and it looks like one of our Customer Experience representatives reached out to you on April 18th with no response from you. While I can appreciate your anger in receiving a product that did not work flawlessly out of the box, I do want to clarify that you have a 5-year all-encompassing warranty on your chair as opposed to the 2-days you claimed in your previous review. To address your point in this review: Like several companies our products are, indeed, manufactured in China but the parts are assembled here in the US for quality-control purposes. Again, I sincerely apologize for your negative experience, as this is not anything we want for any of our customers, but we would love the opportunity to address all of your concerns if given the chance. Please reach out to us at 603-910-5383 and one of our Customer Experience Representatives will be happy to assist you.
Was told I would have a 5 year warranty, didn't get a 2 day warranty. Engineering/Construction is vomitingly bad. Thankfully Costco has a great return policy for items like this that turn out to be utter garbage.
