"collection today" … but it's actually tomorrow !
Once again the Quote states "book in the next 2 hours for collection today".... but when you work quickly to do that it then says "collection Tomorrow" !! Very infuriating !

Excellent non-flamability!
Having inadvertently placed a large Bean Bag on top of a Yankee Candle, on the floor for 3 hours, I can confirm the non-flamable qualities of the fabric are excellent. Just need to work out how to repair it now !

Normally a good system but…
Normally a good system but unfortunately when things go wrong the customer service is extremely poor. No published email or phone numbers. Bot "Live" Chat initially, with which you go around in circles, and then eventually a human is finally available. Follow ups to existing queries very rare. Outstanding issues are just left with the promise of being escalated to an "investigations team" but do not expect much. Weeks go by without any further contact unless initiated by the customer..
