Review of UberEATS
Paid £30 for two pizzas which both arrived burnt and inedible. Customer service refused a refund even though I had photos of the clearly burnt disgusting pizzas.
£30 down the drain. Won’t use Uber eats again! Very poor experience!
Review of Anthropologie
Really poor customer service.
Charged me multiple times for an item a week before it was dispatched.
I emailed customer services and they said it was a pre-charge that should be refunded in 5 working days. Waited over a week and the money was still showing as debited from my account twice with no refunds.
Emailed customer service again - two weeks later and no response from them. Got a refund through my bank.
After all this my item was dispatched and the charge taken again.
Returned said item over a week ago and just hoping they actually refund me.
Not feeling confident with prior customer service I’ve received.
With the cost of their items you’d think the customer service would be good but honestly I’ve dealt with much less premium brands whose customer service has been excellent and miles above Anthropologies’. I am really put off buying from this brand in future.

It’s not a pre-authorisation charge if it never clears back into your account?!

Review of NuFACE
Device went faulty after 8 months. Not a UK based company so cant contact. Cult Beauty that I purchased from have said it only had a 6 month warranty.
Waste of money.
