Simple to do - good to have the results fast

We have had over ten house sales processed by Jonathan at McEwan Fraser and every one has gone without a hitch.

Furthermore, we have had complex financial/business advice, also from Jonathan with added advice from partners, which has proven invaluable in some complex business situations.

We have no hesitation in recommending McEwan Fraser to other individuals and businesses.

This company is a disgrace!! I have now been living in our new house for 12 days and have spent around 7 hours on the phone as well as several email conversations attempting to get the meters registered in my name.

They have never answered the phone in less than 40 minutes. Their databases are out of date so I can't do it online.

The previous owner changed the meters to domestic and then closed the accounts so the meters could, in theory, be changed to my name.

I now phone them up and they have no record of the domestic accounts that have been closed and are back to telling me they are business meters. I wont bore you with the insanity that ensues when I finally get through to the business team - needless to say, they tell me I have to phone the domestic team.

Utter incompetance!!!
