Incompetente customer service/system 20 min per customer to check in and pick up a car rental, over 1 + line! Absolute joke!! Zero starts!!!!

Abusive charges and humiliating treatment at the airport over luggage wheels not fitting, even though the bag was within the 8kg limit. I booked this flight for my mother, and I will never do so again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Do not use this company, I received a damaged item and they offer me a 20% refund, absolutely the worse customer service ever. Terrible communication, absolutely no respect for people's money, awful experience.
Avoid this company.
