A really decent site which is easy to use and has some decent prizes. While a newer site operated like it's going for a long time. Fair too, processes my postal votes. (posted from someone who has not won yet)

A decent site which has a good mix of prizes at different price points. One that processes all entries fairly including postal (posted from someone who has not won yet but played for years)

This is my first win after playing for a fair few years. I have always found the site reliable with processing my entries and they are honest. No complaints or moans with them at all which is what you need in a competition company.

When it came to my win I got a nice email offering so many contact methods to help me reach them, feel the only thing they missed out was a note on a pigeon! I took the cash alternative and I got it very fast. Top stuff

My first post was stating ignored contact and conflicting terms information. From this Lee contacted me to say myself and other emails went to their spam account so they were making things right.

He has explained, apologised for the delay as well as amended the information I highlighted so clear. Faith restored and a sign of a good sight. Very positive interaction indeed!

Unfortunately I join the other reviews in highlighting that they do not comply with requirements and process postal entries. Don't numerous (with paid!) And not one accepted, even if sent on day of competition going live

I looked up life insurance and same day had several call attempts, which due to being busy I could not answer. While on way to an appointment I answered one as it showed a local number, thinking it was my sons school I answered to find it was Reassured. As I was on the way to a medical appointment with someone I said I was unavailable however this was ignored completely and the operative continued on. When I was stern and repeated I was not available and about to go into a medical appointment this was again ignored and asked if I was driving there, clearly to try get me to continue with the call. Wholly inappropriate and I hung up, only to have him try call back again seconds later. I then had a call attempt 2 hours later!

If when I had told the operative that I was not free and I was asked when I would be free I would have arranged something - after all I want life insurance! However due to this I certainly will not use Reassured after the disrespect and embarrassment caused. There is a thing of being too pushy!

I have used this site for a while now and not won anything - but won't take off stars for that! I have found it has a good selection of prizes and is unique in its approach with the older car competitions. While I have seen a lot of same names winning instant wins, these names come up on a lot of sites so clearly spend a lot of money on them.

Perhaps be good for some new types of prizes, but all sights change around a bit so they may too. They keep to their terms and the postal entries are processed too. Overall, I feel it is a good competition company

This is a very good competition company, I have always found they are transparent and adhere to all entry routes including postal entries. The prizes are great cameras, I have won one before (a while ago I add!) and the quality of it was fantastic. It is certainly worth using this site

Posting as a non winner (well except £10 credit a long time ago!). I have found this site to by of a high standard, it is transparent and the communication in contact is top class. I have contacted the team last week and Jake responded in less than 30 minutes sorting things out. The website works well and their postal entry route is kept to, post being processed promptly. A good company

I write this after winning however my experience before then reflects the 5 stars.
This site is very transparent and the prizes are very good, I do like how nearly every competition has a 2nd and 3rd place.

On winning I had money sent to me very promptly after not just email confirmation but phone call too

I write this in 2 parts, experiencing of winning a huge prize and playing in general.
I won the £25K recently, I woke up to a lot of missed calls as that night was the night I fell asleep early for a change - I can't describe the shock of getting an email with the subject £25,000 and explaining I won! I got the money a few hours after sending my details, it takes time for such a large amount to clear the bank checks!

I have been playing for about a year now, this is my first win except for an instant ticket win. But in general I rate this site highly, it is transparent and fair. The odds a really good and a large selection of prizes available. It really is a brilliant raffle site, if not the best (I have said this when recommending to others before my win!)

I have found this page to be a great one, not just great prizes/Odds but an honest & transparent company. I have contacted them for a query as well, when doing so I had a prompt and professional email to assist. A sign of a good company

From using this site, I can see good competitions (camera themed of course!) Where some really good cameras are available to win along with instant wins for virtually all comps available, including 2nd and 3rd place too. I've written this review after I won a 2nd place prize in one of the competitions. However the stars are genuine as this appears to be a good & honest website
