We had a sensible response and a quick PEA confirmed that what we had told the planners - no great habitats in artificial grass and tarmac. Of course you took that piece of logic and proved it to the point of raising our fence a tad to aid hedgehogs if they happen upon us and a couple of bat hotels (probably bat bNb's really) and then stated a lot.... So now we hope that this satisfies the planners and get us onward and upward - thank you.

I am ill and older! Booking tickets for my 5 year old Grandaughter while in bed poorly was a brave and silly thing to do - found Mary Poppins, found the dates, saw the seats, booked them, and sent them for next year in June.....
Then my daughter pointed out today (two days later) that I had booked in Manchester - 200 miles away, not Milton Keynes 15 miles away!

Tried to phone but could I find a number - emails only!
1 star out of 5 for that. Then I got a reply - you ticked our Terms and Conditions - tough you can't move them just change dates!

So I dropped a note back and told her of my stupid mistake and hoped they could understand... And 25 minutes later I had A PHONE CALL and Rachael said she would move them and had made the arrangements and added a glass of presecco for good measure,

A really swift decision from start to contact...and receipt of funds - with a really friendly (and a real) person at the end of the phone....
