Reviews do go through a basic review process to ensure reviews are authentic and represent the actual experience of the user. Reviews that are manufactured (paid for or via fake accounts) are not approved. Reviews about support issues where the reviewer has made no effort to get support are also rejected. The same goes for positive reviews that provide no insight into their experience or are too vague.

Our vision for reviews on our platform is to be a portal to see the actual experience of users at a glance. We can achieve this by not allowing fake or generic reviews or negative reviews based on farce experiences.

Använd inte hemleverans om ni bor i lägenhet

Har funkat perfekt tidigare med skåp men nu när jag tog hemleverans till lägenhet vägrade deras kurir leverera till mig för att de är för lata. De ringde inte ens.
