I have recently joined ID medical and the whole process has been made so easy by the help and support of a gentleman Akram
khan, he has been guiding me through all the steps and the documents required and explaining everything. Every time I needed to call in the team have been very professional and supportive. I have had a great experience registering and would highly recommend. I am looking forward to some locum work through ID medical.

I booked in to Transfer the vehicle app transferred from previous owner to myself and renew the subscription, however I was charged for only the transfer of the app from previous owner and the subscription was renewal not completed. When I realized this I contacted the office and was informed that I should be contacting the Land Rover retailer I purchased my vehicle from as this should have been done by them initially. After my multiple calls and conversations with both teams and Land Rover customer service I am still left with no access to the app as I am told I will need to pay for this separately to renew.

I been wanting to start my Invisalign journey for a while but wasn’t 100% sure, after looking online for a dentist I came across Dr Kal and arranged an appointment to discuss my concerns, Dr Kal made me feel really comfortable and was very informative in regards to the whole treatment plan and what it involves. I am now towards the end of my journey and I am so confident with my smile and how my teeth look in photos and I can actually smile and not hide due to being worried about my smile. Thank you so much Dr Kal you have been amazing. :)
