Whey do these people have a monopoly on Covid-19 tests at Heathrow? The staff at the Terminal 3 facility are security thugs who are working for minimum wage. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH....... They do not accept cash or credit card and insist on registering for an APP and then creating an account and then paying for the service. ABSOLUTELY FAULTY TOWERS SCALE OF BUCK PASSING. ABSOLUELTY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD TO DEAL WITH. No phone number, no nothing.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. These people are the rudest you will ever experience. I am an Australia with an Australian Mobile Phone and with an Australian Credit Card. The system refused to accept my credit card payment and I therefore missed my flight. WHY CAN' T THEY ACCEPT CASH? Absolutely the worst APP I have ever seen. WHAT ARE OLD PEOPLE SUPPOSED TO DO? Express Test does not deserve to operate this exclusive license at the airport. I will be complaining further. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
