Worst experience ever with Lufthansa. On Oct 1st, I was just 2 minutes late for boarding and was completely refused, with no help, no support, and no option other than buying a new ticket. The next day, Oct 2nd, I arrived on time, but the flight itself was delayed by 20 minutes — no apology, no explanation, nothing. When passengers are 2 minutes late, Lufthansa shows zero tolerance, but when Lufthansa is late, it’s treated like nothing. Double standards, terrible customer care, and the worst airline experience I’ve had.
