Worst experience ever with Lufthansa

Worst experience ever with Lufthansa. On Oct 1st, I was just 2 minutes late for boarding and was completely refused, with no help, no support, and no option other than buying a new ticket. The next day, Oct 2nd, I arrived on time, but the flight itself was delayed by 20 minutes — no apology, no explanation, nothing. When passengers are 2 minutes late, Lufthansa shows zero tolerance, but when Lufthansa is late, it’s treated like nothing. Double standards, terrible customer care, and the worst airline experience I’ve had.

I had a credit report issue that was…

I had a credit report issue that was causing problems with my rental application. The Checkmyfile team, especially Hannah D & Gina, was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. They quickly identified the problem, coordinated with Equifax, and kept me updated at every step. Within days, my disassociation request was processed, and the amendment was on track to appear in my report. I truly appreciate their efficiency, clear communication, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Misleading Information and No…

Misleading Information and No Accountability

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Lufthansa. Due to forgetting my passport, I was unable to take my outbound flight (LH948) on May 20, 2025. At the airport, a Lufthansa staff member advised me to remove that leg from my booking and assured me I would receive a partial refund of €95 for the unused flight.

Trusting their guidance, I agreed to the change — only to later be informed by customer service that no refund would be provided. Lufthansa has now closed the case, denying the refund and offering no accountability for the incorrect information given by their own staff.

I paid a high fare for this ticket and ended up losing money simply because I followed what I was told at the airport. The handling of my situation was unprofessional, lacked transparency, and showed no willingness to resolve the matter fairly.

This experience has deeply affected my trust in Lufthansa. I expected more from a reputed airline.

Very much disappointed

What should I say, this recruiting platform is totally unprofessional. Several calls from recruiters and companies head of engineers or manager handling interviews very unprofessional way. Wasting of time I would say. Either direct apply to companies webpage or linkedin much better
