Avoid Big Motoring World like the plague

After 3.5 hours of enduring all the hard sell of their over priced warranties etc, I finally got to drive my new car off the forecourt. 15 minutes later the tyre pressure warning light came on as they’d sold me a car with a slow puncture. Despite having it fixed and reinitialising the pressure, the light comes on again every time I drive it. I’ve been offered an appointment to have it looked at in 2 weeks time at their garage 50 miles away.

They also sold me a car without a parcel shelf - silly me for expecting a complete vehicle.

Never again! Back to the very efficient and low pressure Cinch next time.

All of our vehicles are subjected to an inspection prior to their placement on the forecourt, however, they are all sold in a used condition and on occasion, faults can develop, often these are unforeseen and sudden.

A very positive experience

Loved the ease of buying a car from home and not having to visit dealers and the man who brought my car to me was charming and helpful. There were a couple of issues with the car which were immediately resolved by the extremely efficient Customer Services Department. I will definitely use Cinch again for my next car.
