I was expecting a low-ball offer but having done the best I could to accurately describe the condition of the phone, they quickly bought and paid. It was more than T-Mobile was going to give me.

I had a monthly subscription for the top tier car wash. 2 days after the billing period started I scanned the QR code but the wash did not start. Since this was not the first time I had a problem with EverWash I cancelled and asked for a refund since Inhad no washes during the billing period. They argued that since I went to the car wash it counted as a wash even though it did not work.

Absolutely horrific customer service. While routine claims are handles fairly well, get on your knees and pray that you never have to contact them for anything. I personally submitted a claim 4 times and they acknowledged it at the time, and later could not find anything. They bounce claims between different divisions within the organization because apparently no one has a clue. If I could change before open enrollment I would.

Our dog ate something plastic. After trip to the doggy ER he was fine and Fetch performed as to contract with no hassles.
