Sent me the wrong sleeve, I contacted them and they're sending me a new ribbon + new sleeve free of charge for tomorrow.

Firstly, beautiful packaging.

My order was actually missing a highlighter as part of the set I ordered. However, they are getting a 5* review because it’s how they dealt with it and also, we’re all human s*it happens.

I emailed in explaining I was missing a product and within a few hours I’d heard back from the team (shoutout Elissa), she apologised and said they’ve posted me out a highlighter. They play NO GAMES at Refy… 2 mins later, I get a confirmation email for the highlighter.

This is what you call great customer service!
