New Kitchen

Daniel and his colleagues did an excellent job for me. They are very friendly, polite and professional. The quality of the work was brilliant at very reasonable prices. Daniel sent me a detailed quotation which is something I rarely get nowadays and they completed the job exactly as we agreed. Daniel has also done some other smaller jobs for me and they were all completed perfectly up to a very high standard.
I would definitely recommend Daniel to anyone and I will certainly use him in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with Argos.
Ordered a fridge. On the day of the delivery taking place someone called me to say that the driver will be arriving in 5 mins. I called my dad who was at home waiting for them. My dad told me that the vehicle just drove past our house and never stopped. I immediately called Argos but they said there is nothing they can do and advices me to cancel the order and place a new order and wait another 2 weeks for delivery ?!?!
I decided to wait and try to rearrange the delivery however it turned out it is far more complicated than that. I had to wait for 2 -3 weeks for the fridge to be returned to their warehouse only to be told by customer service advisor that this fridge is no longer available for delivery ?!?! The person promised to do everything in their power to rectify the situation and asked me to wait 48 hours for resolution. 3 days later I contacted them only to find out that they cancelled my order !?!??? They advised me to place another order and wait a couple days f weeks for delivery.

I would not be bothered with Argos or Sainsbury anymore. It is just not worth the hassle !!!
If you value your time and piece of mine please avoid them at any price !!!

Terrible customer service so far

Terrible customer service so far. Ordered something on 1st March to be delivered next day for 2nd March. The delivery got lost. Contacted USC numerous times and they kept wasting my time under different excuses. After two !!! Weeks they contacted me to say it’s been lost and they can send me another done ….
