The "eternal optimist"

Having just joined the "Club" so far I have no complaints or cause for concern. Obviously I do not expect to win immediately but If you are not in it you will not win it ! So her we go and here's hoping. So far so good and no complaints at all.

Here we are again

Here we are again, I ordered 8 items on Tues 13th Feb. and yes I paid for express delivery as I did'nt want to take any chances should I have to reorder a part that was required for the w/end. Wed. 14th 10.00. am. goods delivered all in order. So according to my overall experiences with DMGRS Matt', Max and Scott once again from ordering on their site after talking to Matt' to clarify any issues I may have had prior to ordering the order was placed on their site and arrived all in order. I do appreciate that now and again some people will experience some issues with goods ordered but that is the nature of the game. My experience is once again they have come through and delivered on time no problems at all.
Thanks again to the boys' for a sterling service and instilling confidence.

Building a relationship to last.

I have bought on 4 occasions and to be honest with the first order some 2 years back there was a fault with
1 item supplied but that was quickly replaced with correct item. Since then all parts ordered have been correct and on time with no issues. Last purchase is the in house re-enforced thermostat housing for the KV6 which will be fitted soon. All my phone enquiries have been met with an informative positive response from Matt, Max or Scott and they have advised the way forward. Inconclusion I will continue to buy from DMGRS and I am now looking for sound advice and more spares to refurbishing suspension and brakes front and back and all associated bushes and parts.
My experience has been positive with DMGRS but I appreciate mistakes can happen for some customers as with every company but I will stick with them and build a good relationship with this supplier as they are in business to build that relationship with customers and in the end succeed all round. As far as costs are concerned I am happy with the goods bought and the quality at the price paid. I have noticed they are aligned to a MG/Rover owners club.

Delivery advised as 09.48. to 10.48. and it arrived before 10.15. so all good and no problem at all. Delivery personnel was spot on and a credit to your company.

Good acceptable quotations from various insurers…

Good quotations from various insurers which depending on what standard you are looking for you will surely find a suitable quote/ price. I found a good standard with a company which I have used before and could not fault the benefits offered for the quoted price considering you can add any further requirements as you go. Plus the £250.00 excess benefit offered can't be bad and is a plus.

Review of RAC Breakdown Cover

I once again came to the conclusion…

I once again came to the conclusion that life is a lottery in more sense than one. I have over the years experienced good breakdown service and bad with various providers but today I have once again had a really positive experience in that having joined RAC. (once again) they showed up trumps. I was advised of the ETA.- 180 Mts - ok- changed days from the 30-60 mts as it used to be, given that there is a lot more demand on the service cover-work for home etc, So after keeping me informed Andrew the technician arrived found the problem, advised me of the situation, sourced the part from supplier in the local area, proceeded to fit the part and hey presto all was completed in an impressive time scale which frankly surprised me. So all in all do seriously consider joining the RAC as I now realise is a fully fledged breakdown service with the customer's welfare at heart.
OK, I appreciate no company can please everyone all of the time but given todays circumstances with Covid 19 & working from home etc then the RAC is an organisation seriously worth considering being a member of as I now do realise the value of good service when it presents its self to you.
Having been a member of the RAC previously and now coming back to the fold so to speak I truly appreciate good service when it presents its self.
Thank you RAC , after being a member for many years in the years gone by and now taking up membership again I fully appreciate the service given and intend to continue being a member in the years to come.
