Highly responsive in dealing with a sticky problem re bank transfer (mainly due to NatWest inflexibility!)

Frustrating experience. Hours of paid long distance calls to Customer (Dis)Service Dept. Complete runaround. Have to restart at zero every time. Avoid them like the plague. Date is noted as Nov. 1, but just finished today (Dec 22), after several calls, e-mails, online chats, etc.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! Ordered an electronic collar well over a year ago and never received the product. Card was debited from moment of purchase. Purported to track shipment via link they provided, but it mysteriously disappeared after a month. Have been chasing via e-mail for over a year and receive bot generated replies from something called ZenTrust! The e-mail link provided on website doesn't work. Even called their Customer Service line and got a pre-corded message saying they weren't taking calls and I should e-mail them at address provided on website! Looks like I've been scammed big time. To add insult to injury, they keep spamming me with additional offers! Fool me once... PS It will be interesting to see if you get the same message when you "let them know" about my review!
