Excellent value for a wide range of supplements. Delivery was quick and efficient. Packaging is tidy and environmentally friendly.

Generally very good - but can be difficult to use if things don’t go right first time.

Very poor customer relations. Very poor response (or rather lack of it) from MSG Guest Relations to my requests for confirmation that two Knicks tickets I had put up for resale (due to not being able to attend a game due to Covid) had not be resold - so I could make an insurance claim. I have emailed 7 times during the past 4 weeks, and each time get an automated response include the sentences: "Please be assured that we respond to all inquiries in a timely manner. We value and greatly appreciate your feedback." Furthermore there appears to be no other way of contacting them. Certainly not living up to that assurance! I finally had an email back from them after submitting a poor Trip Adviser review saying they had tried to contact me but not been able to - and giving me a number to call on. Only problem - no-one answers it!!

This is to warn UK based people about buying tickets on the Ticketmaster site for the US and Canada. We spent c£500 on 3 tickets for an ice hockey game in Vancouver - but then had to cancel our trip due to one of our party testing positive for Covid. We have been trying for the last week or so to list these tickets for resale, but cannot do so as the site requires us to have a US or Canada bank account to receive the sale proceeds (were the tickets being refunded due to match cancellation the payment would have been made to the UK credit card account which purchased them but this is not possible for sale proceeds according to both the website and two “fan support” representatives who have responded to our request). We have even offered for them to pay the sale proceeds into a charity supporting victims of the war in Ukraine - but they still won’t list them for resale. They seem to be totally inflexible - so please bear this in mind if considering purchasing tickets for events in the US or Canada on Ticketmaster.
