Absolutely disgraceful. GateHub locks you out of your own wallet if you haven’t used your account in a while, and the so-called “recovery key” they insist you save is completely useless when you actually need it. I followed every step, stored everything safely, and now — years later — I try to access my account and nothing works. The recovery key? Doesn’t restore anything. The support? Totally unhelpful.
What’s worse, this is not an isolated issue — just look around online. Hundreds of users have been reporting this exact same problem for years and GateHub has done nothing to fix it or even take responsibility. People are losing access to their assets permanently, and the company just shrugs it off.
This is either extreme incompetence or intentional negligence — either way, it's unacceptable. GateHub should be held accountable for this mess. If you value your crypto, STAY FAR AWAY from this platform.

Avoid this place at any cost.
They claim to offer a five star experience , but they lack any basilar service of civil life.
The heating in the room is not working , the room is really cold, and you can’t even take a hot shower , since the hot water is not working.
I had to wash myself with cold water, and that is not pleasant on December.
They have a WhatsApp number you can talk to, but it is totally pointless, they just pretend everything is fine in the apartment and that they will check.
Spoiler: they won’t check.
I asked for a partial refund of the rent, since the experience was really unacceptable.
They said “ I’ll let you know.”

Hanno cancellato il mio volo dopo tre ore di attesa a bordo. Rimborso? Sarebbe bello, è impossibile contattarli: non rispondono a telefono, non rispondono alle mail.
Gli ho fatto scrivere da un avvocato, ancora nessuna risposta. Nonostante mi abbiano lasciato a terra, sono sicuro non riavrò più i miei soldi.
