Roller blinds were incorrect size blind…

Roller blinds were incorrect size blind width 7cm smaller than ordered , and roller 2cm shorter than ordered useless, trying to get a refund but web site confusing as initial front screen ensures return and refunds excepted but The Range will not take back blinds in store,ordered online from the range but these blinds supplied by there partners.have to wait for collection and agreement from New Edge Blinds, no e mail from the range yet. Complaint raised 16.12.2023 just an email mail to confirm complaint but no reply about resolution.
Not happy as need money refunded to buy replacement new blinds.

After looking into this I can confirm that a label has been sent to you to return the blinds. Once returned a refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
